William brings over fifteen years hospitality experience to the Ask William team. A former member of the prestigious international network of top class concierges, Les Clefs d’Or, William’s professional network of trusted colleagues reaches far and wide. He was appointed Head Concierge of Oxford’s five star Randolph hotel at the tender age of 28, won the Clefs d’Or ‘Young Concierge of the Year’ in 2017 and has spent his career delighting clients and guests with his devotion to exceptional service. William is now founder and director of Ask William.

Joy is a management and brand consultant who brings commercial expertise and communications skills to the team. Joy founded and built a top UK public relations consultancy over 15 years, serving national corporate clients across many sectors. She is a skilled wordsmith and creative lateral thinker and has a profound interest in business ‘purpose’. Joy is a partner of Ask William and brings a corporate approach to clients when appropriate.
